Hi, I'm Joanne Li / 李亚君. Although seldom rooted, I'm currently a settler on the land of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), and səlilwətaɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) peoples, continuously (un)learning how I take up space.

 

Currently the Head of UX at the Canada School of Public Service. Previously, a service designer for the BC Government, leading agile design research in cross-disciplinary teams to support COVID-19 healthcare design, delivery, and communications.

Outside of work, you can find me supporting program development at Ignite the Warmth, facilitating community workshops, dabbling in multimedia art, and fermenting something I shouldn't be.
